Delete my data request

At PNP Events, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you no longer wish for us to hold your information in connection with the PNP Events Press Portal, you have the right to request its removal.

How to request data removal

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to:

 marketing@pnpevents.co.uk

  • Use the subject line: “Data Removal Request”

  • Include your full name and the email address associated with your Press Portal account or communications.

This will help us locate your information quickly and securely.

What happens next?

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days.

  • Your data will be permanently deleted from our records within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.

  • Once your data has been removed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Important notes.

  • After your data has been deleted, you may no longer be able to access certain services, updates, or resources associated with the Press Portal.
  • If you wish to use the Press Portal again in the future, you may need to re-register.
